I just have a knack for abbandoned buildings and ruined cities, such as those seen in your posts. The picture quality is really nice, and it really feels like every place has a story, a profound history shrowded in the actual loneliness. Keep up the good work! :)

Btw, cuz I really like theese sorts of pictures, how often do you post here? (I"m kinda new to your blog XD)

Thank you so much for taking your time and writing me this lovely message! :)

As you might see from scrolling through older posts, it took me a long while to settle with the style of photography, that I find somewhat satysfying and consistent. You might notice as well, that I used to post much more often. When I started medical studies the posting rate started to decline, and since I’m a doc it’s about one picture a month. But at least I try to make this one shot worth looking at. All the new material is from Pripyat and Chernobyl, so it should be a piece of cake, yet it’s surprisingly hard to make a gloomy scenery out of sunbathed shots.

Cheers,

Matt

I like your blog !

I needed to hear this more than I would admit.

I’m sorry for such long time without any photo. As an apology, I’m going to post a set of frames straight from Pripyat preschools and nurseries.
